Keep in mind most online stores charge you and extra handlling fee to ship and lots of them now even try and charge you and extra rush fee on top of the more expense rush services from UPS, we try to be fair on our pricing and service, just keep in mind when you submit the order your accepting Yahoo and our companies terms and that includes you agreeing that we do NOT guarantee same day or next day shipping, but we do guarantee all orders ship within 72hrs. or we will email you otherwise.. so if you pick 2nd day air keep in mind that might be from 1-2 days after you place the order, not the same day you place that order and that's only Monday-Friday's !

Please note due to a glitch in the Yahoo! shopping cart system that we lease from Yahoo!, shipping charges may at times need to be altered, we will let ya know if this is the case as we don't make a penny off shipping! For example a shipping charge of $2.00 that's not correct for any order placed!

Alaska and HI, will have to go via air, so we can ship ups or usps please note even if you select 3 day or ground the system will bill and incorrect amount as we have to manually input your order to get the correct amount on freight, then we will email you the amount so you can ok it then we will ship your order!

Terms & Conditions Keep in mind that if you do not fill in the correct credit card billing address this will delay your order and we will cancel the order if you don't respond to our email within 72hrs with the correct address.

All of Kickscooters.com’s products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. If your order is missing/damage to any parts you must contact us within 3 days so that we may ship you the part, if you do not we will assume that your order is correct and cannot help beyond this time frame. Sales Taxes

Kickscooters.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Product Return Policy Products may be returned to Kickscooters.com for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to Kickscooters.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When Kickscooters.com receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.

Jurisdiction and Venue You agree that any legal action brought against Kickscooters.com, René Sales LLC, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Kickscooters.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Orange County California.
